Bringing ideas to life through design team collaboration and leadership
I am an expert builder who relies on a decisive understanding of what is possible and what is not. This allows me to bring teams together with a clear purpose and mutual trust to realize ideas. I invest significant time and energy in alignment, while maintaining enough autonomy so each team member contributes meaningfully to solving the right problems.
On a larger scale, I use design and systems thinking to make cross-functional collaboration a reality. I place high importance on shaping effective processes rather than being outcome-focused alone. I work with a short-term mindset anchored in long-term direction. Based on experience, this is a virtue that helps people and teams succeed in a sustainable way.

Making a real difference through sharing knowledge and know-how
Knowledge sharing is central to how I work and lead. I actively create learning moments through structured design critiques, workshops, and informal sparring to raise the collective intelligence of the team. I focus on transparency in thought processes, decision-making frameworks, and practical know-how to build trust and accelerate growth.
Change takes time and is not guaranteed to move in one direction. That is why I design and refine frameworks that help teams learn and adapt faster. My curious and nerdy nature drives me beyond the workplace to organize meetups and host conferences as a way to create communities built on knowledge exchange. The goal is to benefit not only individuals but also to advance the industry by challenging the methods we use.

I believe in human connection and doing what we can for the people around us. I see leadership as a responsibility to support the growth of others. I take the time to understand individual motivations and strengths, and I provide guidance that supports both performance and personal development.
Through honest feedback, coaching, and a focus on psychological safety, I create a space where people feel encouraged to take risks, reflect, and grow. My goal is to help others succeed in their current roles while also preparing them for what comes next.
